Florida Everglades Tour Questions
Can I bring my baby onboard for a Florida Everglades tour?
How long are the airboat rides?
Everglades airboat tours are longer than any other in the area. With 60 minutes of pure excitement, you can plan on spending a full hour out on the water. That’s enough time to journey deep into the wetlands to see all kinds of amazing sights.
Is the airboat ride dangerous for kids and elderly?
Safety is a popular FAQs for our Florida Everglades tours, but one thing we pride ourselves on at Everglades Holiday Park is providing a safe, family-fun day of excitement for people of all ages. Our boat captains are highly skilled navigators who have been exploring the glades for most of their lives. As for our boats, we have the most impressive fleet in the Everglades, state-of-the-art vessels equipped for the most comfortable, and safe airboat tour around.
What is the alligator presentation and how long is the show?
All of the Gator Boy Alligator Rescue live shows are approximately 15-25 minutes long. The show includes demonstrations, tricks and stunts as well as some interesting facts about the alligators of the Everglades.
Are alligators forced to entertain groups at the park?
Quite the opposite actually. The Gator Boys Alligator Rescue actually helps nuisance alligators by giving them a place to live and eat in a natural setting. All of our shows are animal friendly. In fact, some of the gators we feature enjoy the attention and are little ❝hams❞ for the crowd!
Can I touch a live gator?
You can do better than that! At Everglades Holiday Park, after the presentation is over, you can pose for a picture holding a baby alligator! Of course, its mouth is taped for protection, but you can still feel the strength and sheer awesomeness in your hands.
